The lady who signed me up was BRILLIANT kept me right on how to use all the gadgets ,but grandson had to show me again and again drove over 1300 miles but comfortable car great mileage full tank Carlisle to Amsterdam sorr did not take photos

Completely let down by this company when I had a stupid rip in my tyre at the weekend. Unreachable by phone and crucial information was not given beforehand. Firmly peeved afterwards, ridiculously charged to replace a tyre. Paid a total of just under £1000 for a car I had nothing but misery with! Stay away from this place!

Awful never heard of the company , come home from work to a random car parked on my drive with the keys through my door?! Called them they couldn’t help because it was a weekend. So now I am left with a random car that is not mine and no one has been Intouch to help me

Great location for us. We needed a place to drop off a rental car, near a train station at the end of a week of exploring Northern England. I am so glad we picked these folks. Helen was extremely friendly and helpful. The drop-off process was quick and seemless, and the train station only a 10 minute walk away. I would absolutely work with them again. Highly recommend!

Although the people at the counter are amazing, Helen and her friend.The company Hertz is useless please avoid it.They charged me 42 pounds for a 80 pound PCN, waited for 2 weeks so that payable charges double.Please Avoid at all costs.

NO Staff in office when i arrived, i even phoned them in the office, and phone rang in office, i was standing in office for 10 minutes no one saw me, i could have helped myself if i was tgat kind of person, anyway... hertz could not help, they had no VANs available for next day, eventually when I got to see the staff in reception the recommended - Carlisile GR which was very good value £138.16 for 2 day rentel not included fuel, Replace what you use when its returned

Lovely helpful lady called Hellon at Carlisle when hiring a van to go one way to london,ran out of add blue on the way down,should have been checked by the staff,was supposed to drop it off at marble Arch, when we arrived there it wouldn't go in the building and,was told to take it to Heathrow airport.took us three hours extra.not good.
