The Atrium

I stayed seven months at the Atrium, and I have enjoyed every minute there. Alena, the property manager, is a star, she makes every effort to make your life easy. Jaimie, the maintenance manager, was extremely professional besides being a helpful neighbor.The building is new and well maintained, the flat was brand new with excellent finishing. You will have plenty of secured parking spaces as well.

We have moved into one bedroom accommodation for six months. The processes are very different from Australia and Alena Gladic the property Manager has helped us navigate these. Alena answered all of our questions and was very helpful. She responded to our emails quickly and professionally. There have been some maintenance matters to attend to and Ben has been very responsive with these, following up any concerns and rectifying situations. He is both personable and professional and provided information about the local coffee shop. We are very pleased with the apartment and the service we have received.

Our experience has been amazing at the Atrium. Alena & Paul the property managers have been super helpful and very quick to resolve any problems we’ve had. The apartments and unit as a whole are very well maintained and clean. Alena went above our expectations and shown us around multiple apartments in the building, although we only had a booking to view one. The building is secure and there’s off road parking out front which is a great bonus. Can’t wait to work with them again!

Atrium was our home for 8 months , very clean and nice apartment , very central , luxury furnishings.Since begging Alena the manager gave us all the support we needed to move there ! Also Paul the Handyman was kind and helped us with the moving .Definetly I recommend this property and the staff !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed here for 6 months and the apartment itself is not bad. Its new and has what you need. However the manager Alena is very very rude. Has no time for you when you text her for anything. I messaged her on a Saturday once and her immediate response was 'please bother me Mon-Fri only' In person she's also not very approachable, looks miserable most the time. Also very quick with accusations e.g she gave us a £100 fine with no investigation at all because she suspected their was a smell of cannabis outside our apartment. The whole block stinks of cannabis because it's used as a Air BnB. Speaking of fines, nearly every other day she would send out unprofessional and rude emails threatening to give out fines for rubbish, smoking violations etc etc...We have a staffy dog who's quite energetic and on one occasion she ran towards a neighbor's dog then ran straight back to us and this got reported to Alena who then immediately sent us a very very rude email accusing us of having a dangerous dog, again without any investigation and taking the side of the neighbor... extremely unprofessional. Last but not least, I saw and heard out of my apartment window Alena mocking the accent of an Asian gentlemen during an altercation between the two for some unknown reason, I assume it was because he was upset she accused him for having a dangerous dog. We were glad to move out purely because of this poor management and to make it worse it took TWO months to get out deposit back. I emailed Alena and her response was 'i don't deal with the deposits'......

Used this apartment as it was close to the CMK station and for getting to London.The rooms were clean and although we missed some bedding on the first night, this was quickly dealt with the following day by the company.This is an apartment block so you let yourself in and there is no reception. All details of the room and entry arrive before your stay.The company were very quick to respond to queries and the price was very reasonable for a two night stay.Can't fault the location for convenience to the main centre. You will definitely need a car to get to and from this place and there is ample secured parking available.Like much of MK, having a car is essential anyway.

Had to cancel booking 8 months prior - they refused to refund the full amount paid and stop responding to calls. Also took a £200 damage deposit 8 months before or arrival, which was 3 days before Christmas (not obvious there) and refused to return that either.Don't be fooled by the website that has contact details for reservations, customer service etc. They all go to one person's mobile number and once you have got through on a call once, and he owes you money, your number is logged and you will get no reply.If you value your money and do not want to be ripped off - avoid!

Do not give this company your money! They will steal you deposit and don't bother picking up the customer service calls. I paid through Agoda and was told to cancel and book through their website and that I would be refunded. A week later I am still waiting for any confirmation and or refund of the extra booking and deposit! Common thieves!

Clean and safe place to live. Great maintenance team. Managed very well. Alena goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Toni is on site to help. Quiet place with friendly residents. Highly recommend living/staying here!

Alena is an amazing person to speak to, and to work with. I went to see the atrium for one of the properties and not only were they all very well maintained and clean, she even chose to show me others which weren’t listed. Her and Paul go above and beyond, and their local knowledge is unparalleled. Would love to work with the team again in the future.
