Went for a manicure and pedicure as a treat. The ‘young’ girl who did my treatments was very unexperienced and instead of being left with lovely painted nails I was left with over layered varnish which didnt dry properly and was ruined within an hour of leaving the premises. I have had many manicure and pedicures before but never had such shoddy workmanship as this. I reported it to the salon owner straight away and sent her photos as I was going away on holiday and gave her the option of a refund rather than a negative review but as her attitude was so bad here I am. I am shocked by how bad my manicure and pedicures wereand disgusted by the unhelpful attitude of the owner, Julie (who needs to learn customer service skills). There are much nicer, cheaper and better quality beauty places in chepstow and customers will soon learn that just because you are on the high street doesn’t mean you offer the best service. Terrible experience and for £55 would expect much more.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team. Booked a pamper party for my daughter and friends for her birthday and it was amazing. They had exclusive use of the salon for 2 hours of pampering. They left thinking they was the bees knees.The balloon card and sweets was lovely little touch too. Thank you for making a little girl feel like a princess on her special day

Booked in at the last minute to have my nails done the day before my wedding... the longest-lasting and most immaculate looking nails I’ve had (even after gardening and housework!) would definitely go back! Xx

I came here for the first time with high hopes. I have naturally, extremely long and healthy nails. The lady who did my nails, was extremely lovely.I came in for a removal and gel. However, she filed, filed and filed abit more until my nails were paper thin and raw. There was no use of acetone or the usual procedure. I flinched and felt extremely awkward. I’m now left with weak, short and sore nails. I’ve luckily had them removed in the proper manner and have had to let me nails grow. My nails snapped, after about 5 days and are sore 2-3 weeks on. I don’t like writing reviews etc but my experience here was so bad, I would hate for anyone else to experience what I have. I now feel nervous about using a salon I haven’t ever used before.

They fitted me in after calling on the day and I had a lovely experience with Kate who tidied up my nails. Would definitely recommend as everyone was very polite, welcoming and professional. Thank you!

Always come out feeing fab. Great prices good atmosphere brilliant procedures. I am always confident they will do a great job.
