We first came across Woolfe Jewellery in 2019 when shopping for an engagement ring. We were struggling to find anything bespoke for my fiancée. After discussing our requirements with John Woolfe, they provided us with a bespoke design for both the engagement ring and the wedding ring, all within our budget and meeting all our requirements. Their customer service is exceptional, they are not pushy sales people and genuinely care about the items that they are offering or designing. Even when approached during COVID to request the wedding ring be made, John made it exceptionally easy to order and discuss requirements and went above and beyond to ensure the ring got to us safely and in plenty of time. Both my fiancée and I are exceptionally happy with the rings from Woolfe and their service and would highly recommend them to others.

John bespoke designed and made my engagement ring, after my now fiance gave him a brief of my dream ring, all I can say is that what John created is better than anything I could ever have dreamed of. The ring is so beautifully designed and thought out, the attention to detail from the diamonds underneath the ring to the engraving on the inside of the band it truly is perfect. All staff members have been incredibly polite, helpful and genuine. I really liked the look of the Trilogy and I made that clear when I enquired , when I went to purchase the lady had the Trilogy ready for me and a few others similar which I thought was great! I wasn’t pressured to purchase I was comfortably allowed to look and ask questions and take my time. I purchased the Trilogy as it did stand out to me and it’s beautiful, in the box and on my lady. I foolishly lost my wedding ring several years ago and I felt I needed to replace it. I didn't want to visit a high-street brand, but instead chose to purchase a high quality replacement from an independent jewellers. Woolfe Jewellery was the name that was recommended to me by all that I asked.I arranged an appointment to meet with John Woolfe at the new Woolfe Jewellery showroom in Woburn. Upon arrival I was really impressed with the personal service and the comfortable and discreet nature of the showroom. It didn't take me long to find a quality replacement and after my ring size was measured I quickly placed my order, along with a special inscription for the interior of the ring. In no time at all my ring had arrived and I was able to pick it up from the showroom,.I rarely write reviews but I felt I should as I was impressed with the personal service provided by John Woolfe, the discreet showroom environment, and the quality of the ring and the inscription. I recently purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancé and what was crafted and delivered was a sensational and standout piece of jewellery. John from the first phone call took plenty of time to talk me through the stones, ring design, sizing help, all of which I was very grateful for. The way the stones are cut seem to sparkle in any light that passes through them. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from start to finish and the ring is sensational. 10/10.

Thank you Woolfe Jewellery for creating my most precious possession! We had my engagement ring designed and made in early summer 2022. It was finished within the 6 weeks as specified. The whole experience was faultless.We made an appointment and had lovely chats with the jewellers. It was so nice to hold the diamond that was used as the centre stone, and learn more about diamond quality.Special thanks to Desmond who somehow sketched out exactly what I had in my mind, with little explanation. It’s so perfect for me, we had been looking for months but didn’t find anything quite right. So pleased we chose Woolfe Jewellery to design our ring. We’ll be coming back for wedding bands very soon!
