I had a great visit in Tool Station today. They have a lovely little gesture to customers with some reading glasses available!I was served really quickly and the lady who served me was chatty and when the item I wanted wasn’t in stock, she offered me an alternative straight away!

I've shopped with Toolstation for around 15 years travelling to either Trafford Park or Warrington to pick up required goods.I was very pleased to see a new store open in my town of Northwich a few years back, it's so much handier to call in for necessary fittings and materials.Always good prices, always in stock and always a friendly helpful service team.Keep up the good work.

Visited on 09.12.2020. First class customer service, the ladies could not have been more helpful. I got all the products I needed and the staff went out of their way to get me everything that I requested, including an item which had just arrived on a store delivery. All Covid 19 precautions and protection were in place and fully implemented. 5 star ++

Great instore customer service (Tara/Chloe I think), I had an issue with an led pir light, went back to the store and the staff where really helpful, Changed the unit for another one without any problems..

I didn't even have an email back from yourselves for an explanation.I feel this is really poor service I was a customer of yours before. But this is unacceptable. I dont understand how you guys have not noticed and order to the sum of 50.00 has gone missing.No communication I feel you have taken advantage of me and my money . The payment was straightway however I still have not received the order. It is 1st of May now. AndI have never had such a poor experience in my life.

Staff need training in products and customer service.. placed an order over the counter for various plumbing fittings value as bout £75... Got to the job I was working on with the carrier bag full of fittings to find that I'd been given 10 speed fit straight couplers in place of the 10 elbows I'd ordered.Had to drive 15miles back to the Northwich branch to exchange the fittings given in error..No apologies given by staff...ill now be taking all my business to Screwfix...
