Went into the shop to buy a ticket for the car wash to be told that I had to pay at the machine. Waited in the queue for 15 minutes to find that the card option was out of order and I should go into the shop to purchase a code. By this point there was a queue of 4 or 5 more cars behind me. Why not mention that there was an option to buy a code when I was in there in the first place? Needs better communication if there is an issue staff should be made aware to inform customers so they are not wasting time.

I am a disabled person who had to travel to use the indoor car wash I got at the garage with a helper as they would have to go into Spar shop to get voucher for indoor car wash. They went in while I positioned car waiting for voucher and the car infront of me was on last rinse this was at 5.40pm.the helper came back out to tell me wasn’t getting a voucher as car wash was closing. I was not impressed coming all the way I did so I stayed to see if it was getting shut at 6 only for the girl to come out at 5.50 pm and the car b4 me had been left long b4 she came to shut the car wash up. I stopped beside her And asked what time the car wash shut at she said 6 I then told her it is only 5.50 and I could have been in and washed car by time she was still serving and been away her reply the boy leaves snd I ain’t allowed to shut it upOn my own she was shutting it up on her own right now. Absolutely disgusted at the customer care at this placeso avoid it not worth giving them your money as obviously gettting home on time is more important than the public custom. I will b writing to higher authorities as I had to drive a stoorie car home again with bug splatters all on windscreen (which is a hazard as window washers do not take that off. So if u decide to use this place make it in their terms not yours or u will b sadly disappointed
