Fowler and Powell

I bought my first home through Fowler and Powell in 2021. Julian and Levi had brilliant customer service and made my buying process as easy as they could. They send birthday cards to both me and my wife on our birthdays since we moved in which is such a nice gesture. I also called fowler and Powell to get a valuation done and Levi came out. He was really honest with his opinion and even told me not to think about selling just yet although the valuation he had in mind was a higher price compared to what I originally though, which just shows these guys have brilliant customer service and actually care for their clients! Thank you Levi, Julian and the whole fowler and Powell team. Hopefully will do business with you again in future!

We used Fowler and Powell to sell our house in 2023. An excellent team of people who supported us extremely well throughout the sales process. We were given sound and pragmatic advice on the approach to be taken and were impressed by their Customer centric ethos together with their chasing up of things to be done by others. We opted for a single day viewing which attracted in excess of 25 viewings and resulted in the sale being confirmed, we were pleased that Fowler and Powell managed the viewings on the day. Well done team.

Fowler and Powell were excellent from start to finish. A truly personal approach, they spent time getting to know us and, after selling our house, helped us find our next home with no pressure at all to do anything that didn't feel right. It took a while, but we found our next home and we are so happy we didn't rush into anything else. Julian and Levi really care about what they do, for their clients and for the community. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fowler and Powell review.My wife and I first met Julien back in May 2022 when we first recognised we were in need of more space due to our expanding family plans. We were impressed by Julien’s unique approach to the selling/buying process, namely the sense of support and understanding for our needs. At no point did we feel pressurised to act quickly and we were allowed the time to consider such a big decision before finally acting on it.In January 2023 after the arrival of our child we came to the decision it was time for the next chapter. Like anyone in the selling/buying process we did our research and contacted a selection of the big name estate agents the north Leeds area.Before acting on any final decisions we re-contacted Julien. After our first meeting he’d left a lasting impression of personable professionalism and calming confidence. His expertise in the housing market was obvious. Julien and Levi clearly set high standards, which were consistent. They recognise that “one size does not fit all”, which differentiated Fowler and Powell from the others we’d considered. Any worries or concerns were attended to promptly and collaboratively. Their attention to personal service was palpable and we felt connected throughout, communication and accessibility to their team being the bond that made for a harmonious journey.We cannot recommend Fowler and Powell enough. Their core values transcends into the business and this is clear to see, characterised by the fact the team are all just lovely, genuine, hardworking people. Their service was authentic. Fantastic Service!!! I’ve just let my property with Fowler Powell. Julien took the property to market for me, arranged some fabulous photography and a brochure for me to approve. Within a week we have over 15 viewings, 12 applications and 2 wonderful tenants. Julien is transparent, a pleasure to deal with and really gets to know youAnd your property. Their fees are veryReasonable and great value for the service you receive. Julien could not have done more to help me, this process has been stress free, informative and straight forward. Great service, cannot recommend highly enough. Fowler and Powell are in a different league to any other estate agent I have dealt with as a buyer or seller. They ‘staged’ our house beautifully, proactively marketed it and took the time to understand its selling points and make it stand out. We were very uncertain about how to price it in a slow market and Julien was really patient in discussing this with us at length. They arranged two full days of viewings and secured us 8 offers, eventually selling for over asking price. The ongoing work they put into moving the sale along was also excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. I would never use another estate agent again now!

Flawless service provided for sell side. The team were really helpful during the marketing process and obtained over asking price within 2 weeks. The after-sale care really makes this company stand out from other estate agents, and the sale would not have gone ahead without them, having to navigate a difficult buyer. Communication was excellent throughout and they always went out of their way to ensure things moved as quickly as possible. If you want to save your sanity during an already stressful process, you’re in safe hands. 10/10.
