Taxi home on a Sunday night. I thought it would be quicker to use a local company. What a mistake! Uber wanted to charge £13 for the ride home. I just jumped in the Corkers cab assuming it would be a similar price. We arrived home and the chap charged me £25.30!! Never again. Don’t use.

Shocking service for airport pick up. Driver was late, went to wrong pick up place and took an hour to find me. He could not explain to me where he was and although the control room were trying their best to sort it out, the driver had no idea what he was doing! Customer service afterwards appalling - I had to contact them as heard nothing, no apology or anything, to discuss and try to prevent this scenario happening to anyone else. Very dissapointed with Corker as I like to support local businesses whenever possible, but airport pick ups command reliabilty, punctuality and proffessionalism, none of which was evident from Corker cars.

Amazing experience when massively let down by a rival company. Thank you for being brilliant, having a great and clear app. Will be back!

Appallingly bad.Don’t use for airport pick ups. Pre booked and arranged to meet the plane. Only to be stood waiting for 45mins in a car park because the taxi was no where near.The journey was only an hour. Could have been home by the time I was picked up.

I’ve have been using Corker cars for as long as I can remember and they will always the first cab company I would ever call, reliable service with friendly drivers and run by nice people…

Always been punctual and reliable. On a recent trip, I accidentally gave the driver a £20 instead of a £5 as part of my fare, he called me back and corrected me. I value the honesty, and Corker Cars is now my preferred choice in taxis.

I’ve been using corker for few months now and I’m really impressed by their services. They are always on time and fares are very reasonable. Most of their drivers are very polite , friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend them as a local taxi firm.

A cab was booked for a short journey from home to the station on Sunday night for 5.35am Monday morning. The website took the booking at 10pm and within half hour the company called to say they didn't have a driver for that time. No alternative offered and other taxi firms unavailable at so late an hour.We tried booking for Tuesday morning and after the website being strange, managed to book a taxi. Driver arrived ten minutes, no apology and then drove very fast to the station. Nobody asked him to do this.Booked for Wednesday morning in advance then my partner receives a text in the morning cancelling the taxi and stating they have no availability.Really poor service and would not recommend as we had 2 cancellations and 1 late arrival in 3 days. We tried to give them another chance but they let us down again.Would not use again.

The taxi was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It provided a pleasant environment for my journey.
