1 star is generous... Booked a viewing with Scott from First Option but a no show, no curtosy call, no apology. Tried to call the office multiple times at 17:10 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting - the website clearly states they close at 18:00 ... AVOID at all costs. Disgraceful, especially when they know we have a newborn baby.
