Best breakfast in town . Just the right amount and very reasonable price . Also had the toasties with home made chips . Great amount of filling in the toasties just what I like . Hate it when there is hardly any filling but in here the cheese was bursting out and the home made chips were gorgeous. The prices are so reasonable and affordable too . Also the staff are absolutely fantastic and friendly just a lovely place to go and eat xxx

First time visit after the refurbishment, looks great. Great home made food, very reasonably priced, nicely decorated, and friendly staff too. What more could you want?

My wife and I visited on a Saturday morning shortly after nine. We both ordered a Breakfast and a pot of Tea. The Breakfasts arrived before the Tea (I prefer the Tea to arrive first as it gives it time to brew). The waiter then had to go back and get the cutlery and sauces (again, I would expect this to arrive before the food). The sauces were in packets (Impossible to open with greasy fingers) and the salt was under everything else (wonder how many times the sauces had been out the jar so that people can get to the salt?). We were not warned that the plate was hot, because it wasn't, it was cold, which meant the beans were too, the egg was poached (was there a choice?), being a poached egg water ran from it onto the plate and into the black pudding making it soggy. The rest of the breakfast was tasty but overall, not worth £7.50 (not including Tea) when there are so many cheaper places using better produce in town. Some of the points here are my personal preference, if they are yours please give me a thumbs up, thanks.

Walked on the beach from Saltburn on a wet summers day and in need of a cupa. The Zetland Cafe didn't disappoint, it was warm, inviting with lovely friendly staff. The flat white and the cup of tea we had were great and both for a fiver! The menu looked fantastic n next time I'm having a Zetland breakfast!

Went here with my family on Monday, we had a great time! The coffee was very nice and the food was excellent! There was a slight wait when we went in but that was to be expected as it was a bank holiday and there wasn't an empty seat in sight. The staff were very friendly and even gave our dog a free sausage and bowl of water. We will definitely be back soon!

Lovely place to visit for a soup and a roll, or whatever else you fancy, after walking down the beach. The sandwiches were lovely and the breakfasts looked canny. All prices were good. Defo pop in again next time in the area.

Good qaulity fresh food , reasonable prices , the staff are friendly too , they are all in uniform the look is professional , none of the staff are wearing hair nets and they all have long hair , if I found a hair in my food I’d be I’ll ,
