It's ok, tiny mens and children's department. Big floor space, the staff in the womens department, drag the clothes if it's a long garment, along the floor back to the respective rails. Its wierd, the customer do it as well. They drag their purchases around while the browse, then put them back or check out at the till with garments they are satisfied with. I have taken a star away because the lighting is leden.

Fitting rooms and store was clean and tidy. Large variety of clothes. Long queue for checkout, but they opened the men’s checkout to make things faster. Lovely customer service! Will be nice if Zara brings back the student discount though!

This branch is looking very tired, it is in desperate need of an upgrade, some of their London stores had already been done. It is so hot without air conditioning, the mens dept is the worst. I was sweating while queueing up to pay, only one person on the till.

I love Zara clothes but two Mondays in a row I have visited the Bromley store and it smells (like toilets). On both days there have been two long queues and only two staff serving. As it happens I was in the wrong queue today as only one member of staff is taking for new purchases and one for exchange / return - apparently it says so at the beginning of each queue but I didn’t see it or expect to have to look for a sign.

Huge queues and not enough staff to work on the tills. Extremely warm in the menswear department. Queued for 30 minutes to return a Zara Home item and then was told they couldn’t do it on the till and I should go to Massimo Dutti next door (where the manager abruptly told me they don’t do it either). Used to be a nice store, but feels very tired now.

Would give it 0. Staff unhelpful. The queues are always 10000 miles long and they never get more people on the till when this happens. ( I queued for 30 mins before I gave up because it was going no where). Also the quality of the clothes are just awful now , so overpriced.

I had my phone pick pocketed today in the Zara store. When I asked for help and if they could check cctv all they had to say was “our store is a hot spot for pick pockets, this happens all the time” and they told me there was nothing they could do. They were so unbothered and walked away from me like they didn’t care. Surely if your store is known for having pick pocketing incidents you would have better security around the shop and not a security man that stands there on his phone. It is disgraceful. At least put up a sign to warn people. Don’t go to Bromley Zara if u don’t want to get mugged.

Absolutely a mess, no fitting rooms available. Not enough staff, did wait over 1 hour queueing up for a return, only 1 till available for returns, ridiculous. When people started to complain after over 60 min waiting another till opens to help out. It's not worth shopping for Zara.
