My mum and dad are not phone savvy and the lovely ladies at hays travel in marple Sharon being the main lady i dealt with on behalf of my mum. Went above and beyond to make sure all the paper work was done and correct for them. They were professional, polite, lovely, customer service second to none and nothing was too much for her. Thank you for all your help Sharon much appreciation.

I use Hays travel frequently and find they are so helpful, I buy my travel money from them. They recommend the prepaid card which you top up and take with you, its like a credit card but it's your money, you can use it at home and abroad and convert it to Euros, ask Hays travel for more details.

Went to hays travel in marple and Hyde, found all the staff friendly and polite, if i could make a suggestion, hays need to update their payment system on their computers, if you have a chase bank card (without the digits on the card)they cannot put your details on their screens, weird because they have chip and pin at their money exchange area.

Massive thank you to all at Hays Travel, we have been TUI customers for years, but tried Hays as the local TUI branch has shut. The ladies are absolutely fantastic and so patient with all my queries before, during and after booking. They are my new go to travel agents.

Just got back from a recent holiday in Thailand. Apart from a delay at the airport everything went like clockwork.We had a multi centrestay which was quite tricky to organise but Gill our representative did a cracking job sorting it out. She was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of our trip and explained everything thoroughly. We would not hesitate booking with Heys travel again.Thanks again Gill.
