Excellent service from start to finish. Fixed my 10 year old Miele drier with no problems at all. Cheap service. Saved me buying a new one. Will definitely call him out again!! Thank you!!

Came out the next day and managed to solve the problem straight away. Would use again.

Be cautious2nd time Iv used this service, 1st time was fixed but was never the same as original but usable. same thing broke again about 2 year later, he came out ordered part and came to fix week later and it was the Wrong part. He came back and other week later said a different part was missing however he was the only one that could of removed that part. Then said their was an electric fault but it was because he hadn't turned the water on, changed me £140 then left. Tuned dishwasher on that evening and it flooded my kitchen. He came back another week later and was only willing to refund £60 then also offered to get me a new dishwasher for over £300 when you can get a new one from curry's for £240. These things arnt worth fixing may as well buy new . The guy is nice enough but he should just be honest if he doesn't think he can fix it.

Had an error code on my dishwasher which I informed him of. He was quick to mention there was a call out charge of £40. I had googled the fault code and all the information I came across told me it needed a heat exchanger ,£18.82 from Espares. Not very good communications. Turned up and took 15 minutes to look through some manual and then says £60 for part and £60 labour. I would have been happy to pay his labour charge but he wanted to make more than 3 times the cost out of the part. He even said, I need to make some money on the parts".Steer clear as I don't think he has a clue!"

Our dishwasher stopped heating the water so we called the appliance doctor who came when he arranged to but unfortunately he couldn't pin point what the was problem , it could be this or it could be that" wasnt what I expected and suggested the cost of a potential repair depending on what it was could be between £100 and £200 just for parts and then no guarantee of a fix as he couldnt say what the problem was

Came out to look at my dishwasher. I'd explained the fault in detail beforehand. Did nothing to test it other than turn it on and couldn't diagnose the fault. By his own admission didn't know much about modern dishwashers. He should have declined the job instead of taking my money for nothing.

Had this guy out yesterday tolook " at my dishwasher that the salt light was flashing

Told me to bring my hoover down at 10 am and he would have a look at it. Arrived as arranged, knockedBoth front & side door, no answer . Left message. He replied 4 and half hrs later saying “ I as working in garden if you had been bothered to come through side gate”Didn’t even see a side gate and maybe if he had told me as I certainly wasn’t to go wandering into peoples gardens. Very rude and abrupt so do not recommend
