Excellent lunch at the Potters Club. Great food and service in a building full of history. Topped of by the excellent hosting by Jenny. Top marks and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff working yesterday.

An institution, historic, quaint and needs to advertise more. This is really important to Stoke and the Pottery industry and needs to be more accessible and attract new younger members. Otherwise it won't survive. Fabulous experience but car park is like Fort Knox and the lift is more dumb waiter than lift. If you get chance please go and support

I was invited to a dinner and reception here. The venue is lovely with fine examples of exquisite local pottery art in the rooms. It is spotlessly clean. The food is very good and is well presented. It is served by a small team of great staff. The only downside is wheelchair access. There are a few one steps from the rear entrance and the lift is tiny - you have to remove footplates to get in.

Fortunately, after rushing around, getting changed, fresh from the bath, that even good designer jeans weren’t acceptable. That was the excuse to not go and endure an average meal, at a price that justified excellent service. I’m not saying that it hasn’t a sense of grandeur, just that it isn’t all that, any more.I have had nice meals but, even my member friend quips that the £6 supermarket wine at £20+ pounds is steep.Living on a good name

Celebrated my 70th birthday here on Saturday and everything was so perfect. From my first meeting with the brilliant Lewis, I couldn't have asked for more. The atmosphere, the service, the food and wine were 1st class. For 16 people to be so full of praise says it all. If you are looking for somewhere to celebrate a special event, look no further

I don't Dislike the Potters Club..I just think it now looks, and feels, very tired..it's sad to see.The lack of financial investment, to refurb, to bring a smile to the place, has had a depressing effect. Also, the standard of cuisine is no where close to being 'special'..yet, the price of food is far too much..it's unrealistic.

Went with friends to celebrate a birthday. Soup starter was very nice but as a main my steak was only just warm. Also ordered Rhubarb mess as a sweet when it arrived it was mixed berry.
