I am very pleased with my recent new car purchase from Reynolds of Selby. Their Sales Executive, Wayne, was very helpful and did not pressure me with the sale whatsoever. I feel that I got a reasonable price for my trade-in vehicle, which I was happy about. Reynolds really stands out with the full service and MOT they provide with their cars. I have never experienced a garage that does so much for its customers and I have no doubts that the car is mechanically sound. The car was handed over in immaculate condition, like new and drives perfectly. I would highly recommend Reynolds of Selby and I will be back for my service and MOT next year!

Used them for years for buying and servicing my Fords and never let me down. Reasonably priced 2 levels of service, courtesy cars or pick up / drop off service which for a small independent garage is very good.

Had some awful experiences buying cars from dodgy sellers in the past with faults found on the journey home.Pleased to say that on this 200 mile trip home the car performed perfectly well and was very happy with my experience with this dealer. Thanks Wayne.

WOW. I can't thank both Wayne and Richard for their friendly and helpful service enough. I've not had a better and more personal experience when purchasing a car. I've recently become a wheelchair user and had to change my car to adapt my needs, which alone has been upsetting. Richard and Wayne made this experience both pleasurable and personal going above and beyond and ensurig a quick turn around for the sale. The car is great and I'm looking forward to being back on the road. I would never normally leave a review but feel I had to on this occasion with the great customer service I recieved. I have worked in customer service at a high level for many years and this family run business certainly execels in service Thankyou and I will always highly recommend you to everyone.
