I have always used ProStringer since my local tech stopped doing them. Over the last few years I've used them several times to replace strings on my badminton rackets. I always recommend ProStringer to our club players. Never once had a problem. I love the fact you can provide your own strings, I'm very picky! Only downside for me is that they use Evri/Hermes, they totally suck in my area so have to make sure I am in for the delivery. Great service, speedy turnaround, couldn't fault them. Please keep up what you're doing!

New strings broke within a week of receiving racquet back, returned racquet missing two grommets, slow and rude customer service. Avoid.

Shouldn't even get one starCould not get hold of anyone. Visited the office, called many times text and emailed. Don't even think it's a business. If it is is extremely poor.

Played tennis Wednesday morning, then took the 2 rackets to my local shop, in the prepaid envelope provided by Prostringer. Friday I received an email, stating that the rackets were done and on there way back, straight to our home. Played great tennis with the new strings on Monday morning. How good is that? No hastle and quality string that was highly regarded on reviews. Have used before and will always use in future. Very reliable and trustworthy.Alan
