Traditional Travel Limited

Can't recommend Traditional Travel enough. Wonderful Routemaster bus hire, very friendly driver and conductor throughout the day. Really added to our wedding day. Big thank you to Phil for flexibility on the dates too. Thanks again. Tim & Suzie.

Traditional Travel were absolutely exceptional on our special day this weekend. We had the MOST fun on our bus journey with them. They made sure all of our glasses were there, and that the fizz was chilled, and made sure that we all arrived safely. Everyone loved the bus and thought it was the perfect way to get us to our evening reception and we had the most beautiful route past some iconic London landmarks. We could not recommend the group more highly.

I would highly recommend Traditional Travel. I booked then for my sisters hen do. They took us from Sutton all the way to Central London and made the whole experience so hassle free and a lot of fun. We were early to the venue in Central London and Will let us stay on the bus for a bit just listening to music and finishing our drinks. Will also took some photos of us with the bus, it felt like nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again!

Traditional Travel was quite disappointing. We booked three buses for our wedding. We gave clear instructions to pick guests up at hotels by 2:15pm, the buses arrived at 2:30 and no call was made to let us know they were running late, we had to call them to figure this out. The third bus was scheduled to pick the bridal party from their hotel at 2:40, this bus never arrived. Again, I had to call at the time the ceremony was supposed to start to enquire about this bus, they then told us it broke down and wasn't going to come. The bride and her bridesmaids all had to hail cabs and were late to the wedding. There was no phone call to us at any point to let us know what was going on, we had to chase down the owner of the company to get information. After all the chaos, all we received was a refund for the third bus, because we never actually got a third bus, nothing else to compensate us for the stress and frustrations it caused all of us on our wedding day. Do not recommend.

Thank you to Philip & the team for a flawless service taking our guests from our wedding ceremony in Highgate to our reception in Holborn. It was a highlight of the day for our guests, everyone loved it! Such a beautiful bus, we also hired the white jaguar, the driver was impeccable. Also great value, do not hesitate in booking Traditional Travel.

What a fantastic addition to our wedding day! We hired one of Traditional Travel's routemasters to transport guests from their hotel to our venue & back again in the evening. We kept it a surprise for guests on the day & they absolutely loved it! Philip & the team were so helpful throughout the booking process & on the day - we'd recommend to anyone!

I want to say a big thank you to traditional travel.We had a fantastic wedding day on Saturday. Everyone loved the bus and I was so impressed by the experience and professionalism of the team. The scenic route they selected around London was perfect and made for a very special day.

We booked an open top bus for our wedding to ferry people from our hotel to the registry office and back and I'm so glad we did! It was worth every penny and our guests loved it. They arrived in good time to both the venue's and were particularly accomodating to one of our elderly guests, pausing during the drive to allow her to climb the stairs to the upper deck. They even let us climb into the driver's seat for some extra photos which went down a treat!

Great company. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Will and Steve, our crew on the day! They couldn't have been more charming, funny and accommodating. It was a joy to have them involved.

Was recommended Traditional Travel for a bus for a wedding by a friend who used them for theirs and loved them, and they did not disappoint. Wonderful service, arrived to the venue early and gave all the guests plenty of time to pose getting on, and when we were ready managed to squeeze all 75 guests onto one bus and got everyone to the reception. The staff were polite and helpful, would highly recommend!
