All the vets are super friendly ,informative and nothing is too much trouble, they explain everything they are doing and happy to answer any questions I might have , best vets Iv used !

The vet was very caring of my nervous shire horse, I asked for a female vet and they made sure I got a female unlike the last practice who sent a male and he couldn't b caught, she stayed with us and helped and offered advice which was very helpful and much appreciated.

They carried out a false vetting!!! I had my horse vetted by Paul, who signed the horse's vetting papers saying the seller was not registered with the veterinary surgery. I was later informed by receptionists that the seller was in fact registered with them! This is a HUGE conflict of interest. I have phoned them and emailed them and they have done nothing about it. The horse also turned out to be a dodgy sale!! No coincidence there.Additionally, the horse arrived to me with a healed splint and a lot of lumps on its back which were not picked up in the (5 stage) vetting! I've never known a vetting to be so unthorough.

Kernow Farm and Equine were excellent in their care of my horse. They were very compassionate when my darling horse had to be put to sleep. Thank you all especially Kitty

I am extremely grateful for all of KFEs support and guidance over the years, their experienced vets look after my horses for routine appointments, lameness investigations, stud work and emergency appointments. Alistair, Julie, Nicole, and the wider team are all very understanding and go the extra mile to ensure they give my horses the best care possible and explain everything thoroughly, they are both compassionate and honest. Very Very disappointing experience - when I really needed support and help I was told by one of the Vets that my pony was too old to catch a certain infection. When challenged by the practice manager she now changes her account of our conversation to save her skin! The practice have little customer service/loyalty in my opinion and value collecting their call out fee over customer satisfaction. I will be settling my bill ASAP and have already registered my Endurance competition pony with another practice. Poor show Kernow - poor show !!!

Would like to thank Nicole for making the end with my elderly mare as peaceful and tranquil as possible. Have dealt with her on many occasions and would highly recommend

Friendly, patient and compassionate service. My two elderly ponies were treated with utmost respect at the end of their lives. I am so grateful to Alistair, to be riding my precious horse again after he saved her life. I highly recommend them.
