the most poorly managed company I have ever seen

Couldn't find our house, they say it was re-sent back out. Which is a lie as nobody phoned me or my partner. So I've had to collect our parcel myself! As FedEx hasn't tried to deliver to the right house even once! So they couldn't find our house, then called me for contact phone numbers then decided to not bother to re-deliver & lie to me to say that they had!!! Shocking non-existant Service! AVOID!

We went to burntwood to send a parcel to Canada and Lisa webb was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and explained all the paperwork. Amazing lady Thank you.

Claims to have attempted to deliver. Yet it wasn't even loaded onto the round, infact it was at Fedex Ridgmont. Just liars plain and simple.

Went here on Saturday morning to collect an item, staff were friendly and helpful. Formally TNT I'm glad they have been taken over by FedEx which should go some way to improving the service, as I never thought TNT where much good anyway. Collected the item because I simply ( like most people) don't have the luxury of being home all day to wait for a delivery with absolutely no idea of what time it may come.Why is it that DPD are the only courier service that can actually give you a 1 hour time slot?They get 5 stars from me for that and if they can do that then why can't the rest of them ?Lack of investment in their systems ? or just bad management ? So take a leaf out of DPD's book FedEx (and the rest) and get yourselves organized so the rest of us can to.Better customer service equals more customers equals more profit. It not rocket science.

Attempted delivery, I wasn't in, posted a card so I rearranged, no problem.On my rearranged day I had to go out unexpectedly for half an hour and sods law they came when I was out so missed the a second time, fair enough my fault. They left a card again and I rearranged for a day next week when my wife would be in all day.That evening the depot rang me and said they could come tomorrow morning (Saturday). I thought that sounded great so agreed and waited in Saturday, and waited, and waited.I was in all day.There were 2 other people in.The dog goes mad when anyone comes up the path.So if someone had attempted delivery I would have known, and opened the door.By 11.45 nobody had been. Obviously no card had been left either.I logged into the tracker and it said delivery was attempted at 8.40something. No way.It also said the parcel was now back at the depot and was being returned to sender (in Italy) presumably because they only make 3 attempts.How stupid, and how bad for the environment.I'm about 8 miles from the depot and I want the item. Instead it has to go all the way back to Italy and meanwhile I need to order another one to come from Italy. They'll probably pass each other in the airport.Special instructions to the retailer will be please do not send the next one with these clowns.

Very poor delivery service that didn’t even knock on the door no responsibility whatsoever ridiculous

Missed my parcel delivery but found no attempted delivery card. So I had to drive to. Burnt wood. Ring the bell and was expecting a bad reception. But to my surprise a very friendly cute guy appeared quickly to help.He found where my parcel was left and I was so politely spoken to.. Thanks.

Good service and friendly customer service as well. I just picked up my parcel from them so easily.

Dreadful service. Driver supposed to have tried to deliver parcel but I was not available apparently.Strange as I took a day off work and was in my garage working at the front of the house with the door up from 8.00am until 6.15pm when I ended up phoning them.They were unable to offer a further delivery date within 7 days so I had to drive to their Cannock depot and collect the parcel myself. So I have paid a delivery charge to them in order for me to collect. Brilliant business plan I guess.Needless to say they will not be used by me again.If 0 stars was available that’s what they would get.
