Hulme End Campsite
Nice camp site. Just turn up and park. The owner comes round of an evening to collect. Toilets are clean. Cant ask for much more for an overnight. Can also use your fire pit, with drums around the site for any that may scorch the grass.

Hulme End Campsite
This is a lovely, basic site in a beautiful part of the Praks with the added advantage of being behind a great pub. I have only given four stars though because the weekend we visited was very hot and the site was packed. Since there is no prebooking or marked pitches tents and vans were cramned in very tightly. If we hadn't already paid for two nights we would never have considered the tiny spot we found ourselves in on Saturday evening. On weekends that are less busy it would be a lovely spot to camp.

Super camp site, only £7 per person (2023) no booking, just turn up, park where you can, has toilets and wash for pots, bbq & fire pits ok , owner will collect cash, 2 min walk from pub.

Hulme End Campsite
Such an easy site. Pitch wherever, pay per person, toilets basic but clean. Very peaceful. We were leaving on the Friday and it began to fill very early on but it was extremely warm.

Hulme End Campsite
Not what I expected. Was noisy with DoE group and another group of young people til about midnight despite saying that large groups were not allowed and it was meant to be quiet after nine thirty. No shower and no recycling. Asked for a refund as had paid for four nights in advance but no-one replied. Moved to somewhere cheaper, quieter and with better facilities not far away.

Hulme End Campsite
A lovely friendly campsite, very clean and tidy. There aren't any showers but we knew that so we weren't disappointed in any way. The toilets were kept really clean, I think they came at least 3 times a day to clean them. We couldn't have expected anymore than what we got and the area was great, with a good walk to Thor's cave and also a pub next to the campsite.

Great site, no pitching regulations, small but functional toilet block on site with soap dispensers, plenty of drinking water supplies. we loved it. we had 3 tents pitched in a circle with a provided raised camp fire base in the middle. stayed for 3 days. besides a shower it was perfect.

★★★★Great campsite in an ideal location next to a pub and manifold walking/cycling trail.Really well priced, so not going to rip you off, although the toilet block is ★★★No showers so only ok if you're staying a couple of nights.Manifold trail bike hire around the corner and lovely coffee house.Phone signal good. Spacing of pitches good. Friendly and respectful campers.
