Excellent service from a great team. Very tidy and well organised set up. Not an intimidating place for ladies to visit and you definitely won’t get ripped off. Must book well in advance though as very popular.

Touch of class, car has been in for service and I noticed how clean the workshop is, headlight/wing/steering wheel and seat covers to ensure no marks to your vehicle. Friendly, approachable and enjoyable experience.You are a credit to Hartlepool.Thanks Nick.

Can’t recommend enough, as a woman (although it shamed me to say this) I often feel a little intimidated going into garages but not at cranwell motors, they are all so welcoming and the service and work is brilliant. Work is carried out in an extremely timely fashion and the garage itself is exceptionally clean. Definitely will return if and when I need further work carried out.

Very impressed with the courtesy of the staff and the how tidy and well maintained the garage was. Car serviced and MOT'd at a very reasonable rate and was pleasantly surprised to find two complimentary pens left in car for us. A nice touch.
