I have been left at the bus station from 2020hrs to 2050hrs.No information from staff, very disappointed in this sort of treatment.

The buses are not fixed to there timings but the staff and drivers are kind and friendly. The NEW bus station is modern and looks futuristic. It is like a plane station with lots of stores and shops to visit and very nice seating too. The atmosphere is rather calm and people just walk pass minding their own business.Sometimes there can be rude people and can be quite racist and they are lot of people like that! Also bus drivers can be rude and ignorant!

Whilst I understand that there is a certain amount of disruption due to the mishap" in Moses Gate the level of customer service here is shocking yesterday I waited for twenty five v minutes to move minutes for a number 36

While this in theory is very convenient for the town centre, the truth is that it is permanently closed. It has been replaced by the Bolton Interchange, allowing a better connection between buses and trains

It piss me off that there is just one bus that goes to little hulton at night it's never on time or it's late or it just runs straight out with out picking people up

Can't fault it. It is a bus station. The 125 bus drivers are always pleasant and greet you with a smile.

Good service but not all buses run on time and they Change departure stands after 7pm which i think is quite confusing. Also most of the bus drivers are pleasant and helpful but there is the occasional bus driver whom can be really arrogant. I also think that they should alter the times of the buses and make them more regular as the bus that i often catch only runs once an hour which i think is terrible.
