Ist class service,very friendly family run business. Nothing was to much trouble for them, carried out all the faults I reported to them, even did an engine oil and filter change on the Honda Jazz. To top it all they delivered the car to my address at a very reasonable price. Don't be wary of this car sales pitch, I would recommend them to my friends.

Would highly recommend. Chose this garage after doing a bit of research on trustworthy budget to mid range used car dealers and bought a Honda Civic off them in Summer 2020. Garage owner and his father were very friendly and honest about the condition of the car and it's value. I bought the Civic for a good price and it has run like a dream, also got it checked out by a mechanic who said it was in very good condition mechanically. Car included 3 month warranty as well, which gave peace of mind but ultimately I didn't need to use. Excellent used car dealer!

Unfortunately I have to report my first ever bad experience with a dealer.I bought a Ford Focus a few weeks ago, with only 1 owner full service history all seemed well...until right at the end of the deal the book pack was not available and only the basic key. All would be forwarded on shortly.Well they have never showed up..so no service history.The a management light came on.Took to a trusted local dealer, I live in macclesfield..not local to huddersfield, found to be inlets to the manifold...my garage said they were surprised it passed an mot only a week or so ago as this was not a new fault as shown by the diagnostic.It's fixed but the fact is emerald hung up on me twice as I tried to discuss all the points raised.Sorry I cannot recommend this garage to anyone

3 years ago I bought a Mercedes c220 of these local dealers and it is running like a dream I’ve only ever had to do the routine service as recommended and it has flown through the MOT’s without an issue. Today I went and bought my daughter a her first car a Vauxhall Corsa. As per my first experience the gentleman didn’t push me into the old car sales pitch but allowed me to carry out my own checks and gave me the facts I needed to know. Can’t recommend this dealership enough. professionals, they know their cars but most importantly know how to treat their customers which can’t be said about every car dealership!!

My husband bought a car from here which was with full of problems. His full brief is below. They broke our trust, never go here..Booked a car on 22th April 2022 where the car was due to bumper and exhaust change for MOT; the delivery was promised on 5th May 2022, the car was not ready by the date of delivery so they loaned me two cars each had issue (one broke down same day for which I had to pay for towing from Bolton and one had no lock). Because of lack of service and bad experience I went to him and said look I don’t want the car refund me because I am not having any confidence in you but he said if you back off you will lose deposit. I had to keep loaning cars in mean time from family people as I had no other car to use. My promised car was given to me on 18th May 2022 (where still car was not fixed) and it was promised that later he will fix everything before final delivery which was 1st June 2022 and will give me with a three month warranty from warranty wise (which he lied off, I checked with the company, I am not covered). On date of delivery I took the car and was driving where I found there was issue with injection came up and I acknowledge him of same he said he will fix it but it was not possible to give him cars for days and days everytime. Also, one of my mechanic said that car was not totally fit had smoke smell coming too much and other eletrical issues still exist which would cost me. I contacted him referring the citizen advice that I have right to reject the car under consumer right act 2015 as it is not of satisfactory condition and I am within 14 days of purchase yet; I duly notified him in writing on 7th June 2022 and gave him 14 working days to resolve. Finally we have ended up in small claims court and I’ll fight till end.Never trust them as a good car dealers.
