The Boiler Brigade
I recently had work done form these guys and the installation was perfect, however the installation was meant to take 3 days and ended up taking over a week. The gentlemen who did they installation was brilliant, I can't fault his work, however the company advised that this job would be a 2 man job and there were many delays because of this.After the installation there was no contact, although I tried to contact them due to 2 leaks that appeared, there was no response after 2 attempted calls so in the end I was lucky enough to have my maintenance cover with British Gas, who were kind enough to come out and fix the problem caused by Boiler Brigade.In conclusion, I would not use this company again.

A very smooth and easy central heating system installation by a great professional team. From my initial enquiry through to the technical survey, estimate and installation the Boiler Brigade could not have been more efficient and friendly. Would recommend!!!

The Boiler Brigade
Initially very friendly and enthusiastic and gave an excellent quote to fit a whole heating system supposedly with three heating zones and smart control. Very quick to do first fix - second fix took several months as plumber would turn up and do an little bit of work then disappear for several days before returning. Delays due to wrong radiators hung in wrong positions needed taking down and correcting. Very poor second fix, with upstairs toilet six inches out of position, downstairs toilet not against wall ( I had to get a different plumber to fix it ) poor appearance of pipes coming from walls to radiators, also plumber has smashed through an intact asbestos ceiling in the garage so I'm going to now have to pay someone to remove that asbestos which previously didn't need to be done, and there is potentially asbestos dust in my garage, also the system is not a smart system, and although there are three heating zones he hasn't fitted mechanical valves to separate the three zones so we effectively just have one big zone. I've asked Boiler Brigade to fix this for me but they are not returning my calls. I've tried to get another plumber to fix this but they need to know the layout from the first fix and Boiler Brigade do not return my emails or my messages regarding this which is extremely unprofessional. Although I have a heating system which works it is far below the standard I expected and I would definitely never use this plumber again.

Updated. They went down the pan.Given these trying times and despite several of their engineers being in self isolation. We have a fully working heating system. New boiler and 11 radiators with pipework all fitted in 5 working days. A couple of hiccups along the way but Graham and his team have pulled it off. We're lovely and warm now.

My dad first employed the boiler brigade to install a new boiler. He was very pleased with the service he received from the boiler brigade. They were respectful of his property and the job was done in a timely manner.A few weeks later the 3-way valve failed on the heating - not due to anything boiler brigade had done. They quickly came out and got the heating up and running again.When my dad decided to install a new shower the boiler brigade came out quickly and rectified some troublesome pipes that were in the way.Reasonably priced with good service he would recommend the boiler brigade for your plumbing & heating problems.Very satisfied customer. This company fitted a boiler in my, now late, mother in law's property a year ago.We found the boiler to be loosing pressure so called them back up, they were reluctant to come out and instead gave us some instructions to test it. We carried these out then called back to advise that this showed there was a problem with the boiler. We were advised the manufacturer would be informed and they would be in touch. That was 3 months ago and, after repeated chasing we still have the same problem and no further contact.I finally called the manufacturer of the boiler who advised they had never had any communication to say there was an issue with the boiler.This company took the money of a disabled, vulnerable old lady for fitting a boiler and then did NOTHING to help when there was an issue.This is not the action of a reputable business and they should not be trusted!

Poor customer service: called them for leaking radiator after installation & said not their problem,, after more than one year tried to call to book appointment for annual service, he said he can’t do it on the phone but to send a text, did send one then no reply, called again he said he is busy but got my address down for service… 2 moths now no sign & no news from him… the phone number even not working now !! The 10 years warranty gone????

Highly Recommended!Fitted a new boiler in new location and removed the old one + redundant pipes in my elderly parents house.My elderly parents were apprehensive about having workmen in their house. but were put at ease by Graham and his team who were respectful, professional and tidy.Graham provides a detailed quote of cost and timescale and a full breakdown of the work involved which really helped my parents because they knew what to expect.The job was completed in this time scale quoted and we didn't have to pay a deposit, with payment as per the quote, due on completion.My parents are very pleased with their new boiler and enjoying a lovely warm house again.

ABSOLUTE NO GOI didn’t write this sooner as there was a civil court case due to happen, however Graham Hall-Waktins never paid his court fees so got struck off. He used an unqualified installion engineer, we had a gas leak following poor workmanship. House was left with only a couple of radiators working, so I refused to pay. Then was threatened with them coming and removing the boiler I told them they were not to come to my house we would call the police. They were demanding a further £1000, we paid another company to put right what they had done so wrong. Many months down the line and now years down the line Graham and his partner are running other companies as illegally as they did this one.Graham has registered 6 companies, 3 are dissolved, 2 have active proposals to be struck off and the other has mortgages fixed to them which have been unlawfully obtained as he hasn’t declared previous business failings.If he does wrong he just closes the business and opens another one. Avoid at all costs.

I called the Boiler Brigade to get a second quote on an urgent boiler replacement as we had no heating.Mick, Graham and Dylan were all fabulous, very responsive and customer focused. We went from initial call to quote to fitting in 4 days and I felt they went the extra mile to get things right. The quote was competitive but it was their customer focus that impressed me the most.The boiler replacement wasn't a straightforward exercise due to complexity of the set-up required but the installation went very well and we have had no issues since. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Boiler Brigade again due to their great customer service.
