Was transferred over from roadrunner, gave all the details for a motor trade insurance quote as we are due for renewal on 11th May, polite lady took all the details including addresses, claims, NCD etc and said we have a quote but passed over to a man who wanted speak to policy holder directly, which we said ok, then he proceeds to go through all the details again which were already given, but at 200mph, asking the next question before I've even finished answering the the first! Worst phone call i've had in my life, told him to slow down and he got rude! Didn't even get his name or i'd mention it here. Too fast!

This place doesn't listen to your needs, passes your details to inappropriate companies, who ring and pester you then the policylink guy rings me back and when i suggest they improve the way they do things he hangs up the phone on me. So rude! What a total waste of everyones time. My renewal quote from my existing insurer was £200 less than their rip off quotes.
