Great shopping centre. Most shop owners brilliant, helpful, friendly I never have any problems in any shops I enter. Good manners. Pleasant atmosphere. Visit centre. Come to Great Yarmouth. Sea wind can be cold very cold but in sumer its Great to have the cool wind, but still be careful remember wind Carrie's the sun heat. Can burn if not careful.

I have Been at Great Oak equestrian for nearly 5 yrs very supportive owner Steve Small, staff very helpful and caring nothing is to much trouble. My horse is very happy and we'll looked after. Friendly yard and professional.

Friendly yard with outdoor school, summer and winter paddocks, and local hacking. Welcoming to adults with ponies, less common sports (Le Trec and hiking with ponies) and driving.

My horses were amongst four that had to leave immediately due to neglect at this yard. One horse had been there for four years. The others about 8 months on full livery. They were kept with no shade, in full sunlight, head collars on, no water, neglected feet, no grass, starving, in amongst barbed wire, wheelbarrows sycamore seeds and the poo pile. This yard has such a high sand level and no grass, with inexperienced staff. I caution you to avoid at all cost. Sand colic is common here.

I arrived at this yard in January when my existing yard suddenly closed. A relative novice owner with two horses including a youngster I was desperate for a supportive environment- and what a yard I found. Warm, supportive staff with excellent knowledge to help me find my way in training my youngster myself. lovely, friendly liveries who look out for each other and care. Organised routines for all the horses and a summer paddock option for those that need that extra feed. Natural shelter from the trees and a range of activities that are well supported by the owner- who often turns up to support his liveries when they do compete. Transport options. On site education opportunities. I feel very lucky to have found this home for my best friends.
