I visited Pilgrim about eight weeks ago with a painful knee which my GP said was arthritisJoanne immediately said the problem was weakness in the thigh muscles and gave me exercises with detailed explanationThere was improvement after a couple of weeks and after continuing with the exercises I am pain free and more mobileI cannot thank Joanne enough and thoroughly recommend herIan Smedley
