Nice coffee - poor service.Having one person on duty at lunchtime in a busy store leads to slow and inaccurate service.This is a pity because the location and the ambience is very good.The poor server was both managing the till and making the coffee. The first time I have ever encountered this in a Starbucks.Not only did I have a seven minutes wait to be served but I was then given the wrong drink. I understand why this happens when one person is trying to do everything, but it is bad management to have a place like this with only one person on duty.

I feel disappointed of what I paid for in this shop as I paid £5.50 for a chocolate Frappuccino drink just to have extra stronger chocolate and drizzle on my drink.I only have drizzle on top but not extra chocolate in the drink as normally ask in the others shop, It’s my first time try at Starbucks at morfa and will be my last for this shop.Recommend at llansamlet Starbucks shop than morfa.

Wonderful staff, helpful, happy & efficient. Always clean and tidy. Comfy and has more space inside than other Starbucks, just a shame the decking is closed. Because that would make it 6 ⭐'s!!Wonderful to see the decking back open. We love it here, my children feel so welcome. Thank you Christina, Katie & Alex, you are all so good with them both. Makes a huge difference to our experience! ❤️

Nice place to sit and overlook the morfa retail park but the coffee just isn't enough for myself much to milky for my taste buds.
