Mobile Master

Last month I had dropped my galaxy a50 and cracked the screen. I had since been checking with mobile shops in Cardiff city for screen replacements options and narrowed down on this shop in Pontypridd market area. Zee, the person at the shop was very helpful and replaced the cracked screen with an original Samsung screen with a 6 month warranty, all in a 30 minute turnaround time, basically the time for me to do some quick shopping at B&M and grab a coffee. The price he charged was reasonable and the quality of the finished job was good! Along with this, he also provided a phone cover free of charge (photyadded) to protect the phone from future falls.Happy with service, quality of job done and quick turnaround time. Would recommend it to others. You have to pay in cash only though, but there a lot of ATM’s on the same street, so wasn’t much of problem for me.

Took my phone in as I thought it needed repairing (microphone). It was looked over, tested and confirmed it wasn’t a hardware issue. I would have paid for a replacement microphone but they advised it was fine and charged me nothing. Great service and honesty. If I have any issues in future will definitely bring my phone here for repair.

10/10! Absolutely incredible service! Dropped my phone off for a screen repair as a walk-in at 1pm today, my phone was dropped to my house by 7:30pm tonight fully fixed like new. Honestly cannot thank you enough for such speedy and personal service. I am now able to take my phone on holiday with me tomorrow! I'll be recommending you to everyone I know. Great friendly serviceFixed my Samsung Galaxy A12 which needed a new charger socket due to not charging but it actually only needed total internal clean once they opened it up.Being a totally honest shop and staff they done the clean and informed me as such.Result being way cheaper fix than initially thought.Will fully recommend Mobile Master for any repairs in future

Absolutely fabulous service brought phone in with water damage and it was fixed within an hour and unexperienced, saved me the stress of getting a new phone and changing all my accounts thank you so much would 100% recommend!!!

Do not go to mobile master shop in Pontypridd. They take in stolen phones willingly when they know the device is stolen. There’s a younger boy that works there that buy and sells phones off the street outside the shop. Luckily I had find my iPhone this was how I knew my phone was in that shop. The boss eventually came on to the phone and told me that ‘I should be grateful he’s willing to give the phone back’ with stinking attitude .What even after knowing the phone was stolen shouldn’t you be giving it back out of decency? Anyway, the younger boy on the phone said there was nothing wrong with the device he was just told ‘it was broken’ eventually when I threatened with the police he said he would meet me to give the phone back. But when I had it back the screen was deliberately broken and the back of the phone was too. He done this to cover his story up saying ‘that’s why I bought it for £30’ but he told me different on the phone.

I gave them a laptop for repair and they took 2 weeks to repair it and once they repaired it, I had to give them back because they destroyed my tracking pad which was working perfectly fine when it was initially given for repair. I gave them a phone a few months before and they destroyed it and gave it back to me but still I gave them the laptop with a trust that they will fix it and not be like before, but instead they took a long time to repair it, and once they repaired it, they destroyed another part of it. They are still making excuses and still holds the laptop and have not repaired it or checked it yet.

Wow absolutely blown away by the outstanding service , highly recommend.Zee went above and beyond to deliver my teenage sons phone back to our house tonight . So much appreciated Zee .Definitely be using mobile master again .
