Never have I ever been to a car wash that don't brush or sponge the car . They soaped it and rinsed off the soap holding the power washer very close to paint and blew some laquar off . Then hand dried it.rubbing in the dirt into paint not happy .

Smoking while washing car. I asked them to stop as ash was going on car. Pretended not to understand me but have conversation with colleagues. Fastest car was ever after comment about smoking. Gave it one star as no option to give none.
