Managed to book the team a week before our completion and they are amazing. Arrived prompt on moving day and were helpful and comforting through the morning when solicitors were causing mayhem. Once we completed they were super speefy at unloading not only to the room but exactly where we wanted the furniture. Overcame the problems when faced, overall these guys made moving a lot less stressful and were great counsellors during the ups and downs of dealing with our solicitor on the day.

In all honesty I can not conjure up the tiniest iota of criticism....all aspects of the move were handled with total professionalism Communication was excellentand splendidly well organised. Amazing service.Before move on quote visit, and another house call not long before move. It is reassuring that the person leading the team on the day, is the person who has seen contents and house layout, especially given a small but very heavy kiln was involved.On day Ben, Sam and team were prompt for load up. Totally professional and efficient, despite the huge number of book boxes I had.Sam packed the kitchen as per quote, and after offloading at new home I discovered she had written on each box what was in it, allowing me to quickly locate things I need before a full unpack.It was a next morning delivery at my new place down south, again really efficient. Arrived on time, and all in within a few hours, and in good order, even older, less stable pieces of furniture.Good natured crew, and incredibly impressed with the whole thing. Not the cheapest quote but the personal touch and local company was well worth the small extra.Vans swept out end of all jobs, so even the random screw found got delivered, I did have a loose one getting ready for the move, maybe that was it!

HD3 Removals helped us with a home move and did not disappoint a one bit. The items were professionally taken care of, transported and carried safely, and all this with a friendly smile. Definitely would recommend the service or use again in the future. Well done!

A trustworthy, hardworking and friendly team allowing us to transition from one house to another with ease (for us). Ben came for a site visit, we had a very reasonable quote that same evening. The team arrived at 8.40 on moving day (expecting a 9am start) on the hottest day of the year and maintained their professionalism and efficiency throughout. The team went above and beyond and managed the move within 2 trips. A very impressive service.

HD3 were brilliant! My aging parents downsized from a 4-bed detached in Meltham to a flat in London and they found the company online. Ben came to do an assessment in person and the quote for the long distance move was reasonable. On the day of the move, we had Luke and Andrew and they were marvellous. They packed over 50 boxes and pieces of furniture with speed, energy and precision, and they were friendly and assuring to my parents. The next day they arrived in London, nothing was damaged and the unloading was also done with care and thoughts (even after an early and long drive from their base). My parents were really impressed with their professionalism and expertise. We are now looking to return to HD3 for waste disposal. We highly recommend HD3!!

Just been moved by HD3 to say I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail is a massive understatement nothing was too much trouble, due to the inaccessibility of my old home they to carry everything 75 yards but did they complain, no still cheerful and we had a real good banter going. Would I recommend them too #*@☆•¥₩ right I would.
