I purchased a pad by recommendation. I could not be more impressed! Excellent quality, does not slip at all and very nice to look at.My horse was diagnosed with kissing spine a year ago - I have gone through a few other pads for his comfort. My horse feels absolutely great in this pad! He's moving forward, happy to work lift his back and back to his comfortable state.Will definitely buy more of these pads!

Difficult one to review. The fit of the saddle pad is very nice, and I love the foam cushioning which doesn’t alter the fit of my saddles. However, and it’s a big however, the binding rubbed my horse to the point it would become raw if I continued to use it. The rub wasn’t where the girth goes or where my leg sits. The binding is rough and thick and needs changing to make it worth £230. In addition to this the customer service I received relating to the problem was poor, and I even received some criticism from the owner when I shared my problems with other customers which wasn’t very pleasant. Overall, if you have a tough cob then it’ll probably be fine, but if you have a TB I definitely wouldn’t take the risk.

The saddle pad is of excellent quality and seems to work for many but sadly for my horse using this pad caused the saddle to narrow under such a thick pad and so saddle and pad would move during work, so yes they can change saddle fit. For this reason alone I would say be aware as pad is £199.00 a very big investment that needs to be useable and good for the horse!

Love these pads, just ordered my 4th one. Yes not cheap, but my big moving horse had a lot of slipping issues, these are eliminated with these pads. Saving for green and red next! Keep your eyes peeled for the offers, helps with the purchase price!

Saddle pad used once as agreed, not suitable so returned as agreed with Amanda prior to purchase. Tracked return used and text Amanda to confirm receipt. She confirmed and said would refund asap. 9 days later, numerous texts and emails with no satisfactory response and still no refund. Awful, dismissive customer service. What is the point agreeing to a refund, or even having a refund and returns policy if you are going to treat customers this way and not honour it??
