Exceptionally well built wheels and advice on choosing the right rim for you. You pay more for it, but supporting a local company and getting high quality reliable wheels are more than worth it. I've had a road aluminium pair (brilliant) and a gravel pair (not yet ridden) from Ryan and couldn't be happier with them.

Hard to fault Ryan and his team. He built me a wheel for my Tern GSD cargo bike as factory wheels just aren’t available. The wheel build was so good that I purchased a pair of 700c Parcours hand built carbon wheels with a decent discount. Really pleased with them. Great service, great comms and great quality. After purchasing a new bike just before xmas i wanted a 2nd set of wheels but in 650b & tubeless ready. A couple of calls to Ryan to discuss riding conditions,terrain as well as various other relevant details. Within 5 weeks i was the proud owner of a set of his Factotum Gravel wheels already set up tubeless with Hutchinson tuareg 47s. These have been spot on through snow & ice, mud & rocks. So good in fact i've ordered a 2nd set in 700c to replace my OEM wheels. Great service & always happy to discuss options.

Ryan has built me 2 sets of wheels. One for my vintage steel bike, and one for my modern road bike. Both times he took the time to discuss what I was looking for from the wheels: performance, use, rider weight, spoke count, look etc.The vintage ones were built to look like the originals, with large-flange hubs, shiny rims and 36 spokes. They look perfect on the bike with all the advantages of modern components. I'm really pleased with the effort Ryan took to get these right for the period look, and they ride really well.The modern ones are equally great. I blinged them up with orange hubs and nipples to match the bike. Slightly lighter than the OEM wheels and they feel so much better on the road.Ryan is a great wheel builder, he takes care that you get the wheels you want. I'll be going back to him for my next pair of wheels. Oh, and his YouTube channel is worth watching.
