Excellent service in these very difficult times.A lot of the procedures are being stopped as many of the staff are going to the Queen Alexander hospital to help with Covid-19 vaccination and treatment of the inflected.All the best for the staff, it was nice to know them.

I had the best fish and freshly cooked chips and curry sauce I can’t wait until next Friday today served by a professional lady. Thanks to the Chef who cooked my meal go there and eat what I and many other customers /staff had, thank you Martin.

Maternity unit and team absolutely incredible, was so well looked after Anelise and Sharon and the rest of the team! They really go above and beyond.

I was referred to StM by Specsavers' for cataract and detached retina treatment (a brilliant service in itself). The cataracts were solved along with new lenses in both eyes. The underlying medical issue of detached retina treatment was less successful, but was very carefully examined and reviewed by Mr Evans, senior consultant. Eyesight in both eyes was definitely improved dramatically but the remaining issue wasn't evident before both eyes had been operated on. It was then very obvious that bad eye was getting worse. I have now been referred on to the main area hospital for urgent review and treatment. Both the Specsaver and St.M staff were all very professional.

Recently self referred to the MSK Physio Dept at St Mary’, post initial Assessment appointment and subsequent remote telephone appointment I sincerely feel impressed with this service on many fronts, a truly ‘stand out’ service.My appointments were with, Oliver, I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his appraisal of my problem.I was pleasantly shocked for all the right reasons which when feeling pained and generally unwell is very reassuring.A massive thank you to one and all in this team.

Was seen yesterday after I burnt my arm. Didn't have to wait that long, was taken in after about 10 minutes. Very professional and efficient treatment by Connie, was great chatting to her. Thank you

Better Than QA, Better Than My GP by a country mile, however still has many problems long waiting times, they don’t phone back & they have outdated equipment

The hospital itself I cannot fault, but every single water machine is out of order due to COVID restrictions, and the restaurant would not serve free tap water and instead said we have to buy bottled water.This is illegal and I pointed this out to them but they didn't seem interested in the legal side of it. I'm just glad I had enough change in my bag so my friend could take her medication.

Today I came here to see the podiatrist in block b and she was polite and I have an ingrowing toenail
