Pandora

Went into telford pandora today and had the most amazing experience. i was shopping for a birthday present for my mom who is very poorley at the moment, it was an emotional shopping trip for me. i got served by the store manager i didnt catch her name due to talking for ages. she was very patient and caring, she took her time with me to find out my perfect gift. i did end up spending a lot more than i had planned but i couldnt be happier. amazing service so a big thank you to telford pandora today :)

Awful customer service, went next door and spent our money in that jewellers. This store is not worthy of my money. I suppose if your white then you get treated fairly, but the experience we had together shows that it’s apparent there’s clear racism still around in Britain. We was waiting to be served for such a long time and we was NOT acknowledged by the store assistant, who looked directly at us standing there and then walked off to the cabinet area and even asked other people if they were ok. We had to then go up to her to ask if she can help us! In the end we left after I had told the manager Kate or whatever her name is who also had a bad vibe about her about what happen to which she said oh she probably didn’t see you. But it’s ok I’m going straight to head office on this matter.

Good Covid measures, no crowds & helpful shop assistants

Got there first thing. Girl was still wiping the sleep out her eyes. Other girl served me. Very polite and wished me a merry Xmas. Neither good or bad review.
