Ericca was amazing!!! Love my nails so much. I got BIAB for the first time and she took so much care to walk me through the process. Erica's product knowledge was next level and she was just generally so nice to chat to. Will definitely be back!

Really terrible experience with Nail Trips they over charged me twice whilst sending me the wrong timing information. The salon doesn’t value costumer loyalty and are really bad are cultivating a costumer relationship.

Rating low as they were unprofessional. I have been here twice before and the lady who does the nail work is good at her job. I have always booked them via Treatwell. This time around they changed my appointment time without asking me to 20 mins later. And further delayed by 15 mins on the day. I would have been ok with everything if only I got what I wanted to get done. After technically 35 mins of delay from the original booking, they refused to do chrome nails because that would take 10 mins extra! They need to build in buffer time between appointments if they are aware that delays in such service are inevitable. it is not possible to get inside the salon and see with your eyes what’s happening until they let you in. So, customer sits in reception of a public building with no visibility of why appointment is delayed until they respond via phone.Also, making a phone call to the customer before delaying their appointment on Treatwell would be more professional. They are not even appreciative of the fact that customer was not complaining for either the uninformed reschedule or delay in service. They could not adjust a 10min slight change in the ask in return for this. Awaiting my refund.
