I Cant Thank ESE enough I was such a fool I had a shower fitted and after that my solar panels stopped working I called them out using my maintenance package that I purchased only for the engineer to find that the Electrician had switched them off so i hadn't got a fault but they were only too happy to help me at no extra charge for my stupidity highly Recommend them

I have had my maintenance cover for just over 2 years now with this company. I have had 2 health checks up to now and about 13months ago, I decided to add the battery storage on. I must say it was the best thing I have done as my energy bills have been massively reduced and I have never been happier with the way they are generating.

Shocking company avoid at all costs, they constantly miss appointments then blatantly lie to you about why they've not turned up. I'm self employed so don't get paid for sitting at home whilst waiting in for someone who never turns up. I've just cancelled the direct debit so they can no longer take any more money. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

Called my elderly mother and persuaded her to spend a lot of cash on a part she didn't need, implying they were her original installers. They didn't identify themselves. They are a bunch of cowboys.

Phoned me about my solar panels that I had put on my roof a few years ago under a free government scheme. They sent round an engineer to do a free survey who was very knowledgable and professional.The only negative was the enegineer arrived half an hour late but I am a stickler for timekeeping : )I opted for their maintenance package which is peace of mind for just under £20 a month and covers everything.

A friend recommended ese services to me whem my solar panels stopped working. I had some work done on my roof by what was supposed to be a good building company but they can't have been that good as it turned out that they had damaged some of the components while walking on the roof.The engineer from ese services found the problem within 10 minutes and would not charge me saying it was a very simple fix.Not many companies give freebies in this day and age so thanks again to ese services.

Had this over a year. Arranged for engineer to come in September to do a yearly check and didn't show up. Rung them up and apparently engineer came but no-one was home. Lady on the phone got rude, cancel my direct debit so they can't take my money again.

Two weeks ago my solar inverter packed up and following a service check the following day I was told that I needed a new inverter. Following a talk with the server person I decided to go for a Remote Monitoring have been told that I could monitor my system and I would not have to do reading as they were donw by the remote system and sent to my Feed in Tariff company (British Gas.)So paid the extra money for this as I use to be able to see what was happening as I could on my old system.This was in installed I have now found out that British Gas do not accept remote reading so I have got to do them myself and from what I was told by the person who put the system in I cannot look at the system as there is no link without paying more money for it.I phone your company and was told they would get someone to phone me back so far no one has for the money I have paid I would of expected a better service.

Extremely poor service, engineer arrive ill prepare didn't even have a ladder to clime in to the loft.He didn't carry out any work and disappeared, there is no contact detail.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.We have cancelled our direct debit
