I have never met such an ignorant,arrogantmanager as rob the hull manager who changed his story and lied about days i rang to and i reported the issue straightaway only for rob to tell he hasnt got an endless supply of cash to fix it ..i paid £12,000 cash for a van with a faulty front drivers door as i never looked in or test drove it untill the day of pick up, as they told me some small issues needed rectification company i would not touch this company with a dead donkey !!! John wayne has nothing on these cowboys !!!..i was going to use this company for my new company van!..notany more !!

Great service and friendly staff...we were told our VW Crafter campervan failed its MOT ..after having the work done ourselves...returned to collect the van and the workshop manager went out of his way to advise and assist us therefore saving our trip away ...cant thank you all enough !!

Bought a van from Imperial Hull back in February, had a fuel pressure problem to start with and they agreed to change the fuel filter for me (£100 job), didn't rectify the juddering I was experiencing on acceleration. 6 months later the van has warning lights and I've been advised not to drive it, now needs £2000 worth of work doing to it to keep it going, whole new fuel rail and fuel pump. Imperial are saying unless I prove the problem was pre existing (which is of course extremely difficult) , they won't spend a penny to help. Just be aware that buying a second hand van from these guys can end up a costly decision. Their response was thats why people buy brand new with warranty" and " this is just part of the blame culture".Wait a minute

Motus hull, had a problem with unit, drove it in, fitter straight out to it, diagnosed problem and sorted it straight away, went into daf north east 2 weeks back with same problem, cleared ecu and sent me out only for same problem to raise its head again, but daf at hull and especially the mechanic were spot on, best dealership I have been into, all the staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble,cant thank them enough or recommend them enough, first class

Had my Renault truck in for 12 weekly inspection, report said front pads 6 mm visual check, 1 week later required front discs and pads as they were metal to metal which in turn clearly i was paying for nothing visual check does not work good job it was not a fourty tonner thats all i can say

Pleasant enough outfit when all said and done. Easy to deal with on a one to one basis. It can be a bit difficult getting short notice work done if you are a small operator though.

Only went as I had an mot retest on a hoist, only failed as the previous presenter was unable to pull the parking brake on sufficiently to meet the required efficiency. I'm a big lad so had no such problem, happy days.

Hope and Aid Direct - top class service from Motus. We were on route to the Hull ferry and then to Ukraine with Humanitarian aid when our brakes locked on. Motus pulled out all the stops to get us repaired and back on route. Can’t think them enough for their help and generosity.
