Beautiful cosy rooms, perfect if you are travelling to and from Luton airport. Far better option the travel lodge and similar generic hotels.

I have fallen in love with this place. I couldn't believe how beautiful my room (with an outdoor area) was. The people running the b&b were so lovely and welcoming and the animals were amazing to be around. I would highly recommend staying here

My friend had booked a weekend stay here for herself and her little girl, and they kindly allowed me to join them for a night. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a really generous amount of toiletries and food basics supplied. On Sunday morning we were greeted with a hamper of fresh, hot croissants which were delicious, and then we were taken on a tour round the farm, and got to say hello to all the animals, and chat with the family - it was such a lovely experience and we really appreciated it.

Took the grandchildren for a day on the farm. They so loved it. They loved the hands on approach stroking and holding the animals rather than just see them behind fences. If your children love animals they will love Baileys Farm.On the way home they kept asking can we go again tomorrow. A thoroughly enjoyable day.

It's really hard to rate this place. The room was great. The problem is it's close to airport. It was really noisy.

I had high expectations based on reviews. Planned in not only as a place to spend a night, but also as a fun activity for the kids. Unfortunately for me it was ila disappointment. The hosts didn't bother to meet us and show us around, because of misunderstanding with staff who had a language barrier we found ourselves in the area we shouldn't be and what was potentially dangerous for us. In the evening when children were outside in front of our room big dog was on the loose, which is totally unacceptable no matter how friendly the dog is. It was ok to spend the night at the place, the apartment was nice, but i didn't have feeling we were welcomed at the property.

Stunning little country cottage, not only is the interior cosy and beautifully designed but the room comes with orange juice, marmalades all sorts of cereals and more, to top it off they even bring you a croissant in the morning!P. S. The animals are 100% worth seeing

We had the perfect stay in these lovely little apartments. 2 adults and 2 toddlers and plenty of space. Snug, warm and super clean. Breakfast was well thought out and ideal, we started each day with super full bellies. The variety of animals superb and surprised to spot the camals. Added bonus for our plane crazy toddler was being under the incoming planes landing. They have insulated the cabins really well and it didn't bother us at all. Location was ideal for us and a nice little walks. This is such a lovely all rounder and the hosts so friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay just wonderful from start to finish. Thank you x

This place is awesome. The people who ran it were so lovely, warm and friendly. It was a great atmosphere. We stayed in a little apartment which was a part of an old converted barn made into apartments. I only stayed one night but wish I had stayed longer. They gave us a free tour of farm. Where we saw all the animals and got to feed some camels. They had really friendly dogs and about a 5 minute walk away was a pub with really good food. There was a microwave in the apartment and breakfast was included which included tea, coffee, croissants, cereals, orange juice, jams, bread. A toaster was also provided for you. Plates and cutlery. All immaculately clean. The apartment was bright and well furnished. Definitely want to go back! The only thing I will say is the planes as it's right next to Luton airport so it gets a little noisy however, after a while you do almost forget it's just when going to sleep However they do provide earplugs for that. So all in all give this place 10 out of 10. A beautiful old relaxing place.
