My wife and I have used Allied Surveyors twice, once for a valuation on our shared ownership property and once for a Homebuyers report on our new house. I was very happy with the service provided; the communication was always polite, accurate and punctual and documents arrived when we were told they would. No question was too much trouble (We were both new to the experience of selling and buying a property) The cost for both was a little more than other's (I would estimate a good middle ground) but from past experience going cheap often means skimping on something. I do not regret our decision because the value that years of experience that Mr Cummings has in both the surveying sector and housing market is invaluable. I would highly recommend Allied Surveyors and would not hesistate to use again in the future.
