Jon provided us with an initial plan for conversion of our loft and also a single story kitchen extension. We were very impressed with Jon’s industry knowledge and also his ability to listen to our “wish list”. Needless to say the drawings were great and provided us with the additional space (and luxury) that we were looking for. This involved dealing with a number of challenges through the planning process but each was overcome with comprehensive responses resulting in a successful planning approval.

Not only did he provide excellent drawings he also guided us through the entire process offering his advice, design ideas and expertise in a friendly and warm manner. He guided us through the council's application processes including permitted development approval and building regulations and also provided party wall advice.
