This is a fantastic gym, never felt more as a part of a community and family as here. They have classes for beginners, intermediate and the higher belts, everyone is always helpful to try and push you for your goals. Both Aaron and Shar who run the club put everything into it from coaching to some of the best merch around! Fully recommend RJJA!

I can 100% recommend RJJA to anyone interested in jiujitsu. If you’ve never trained before they have specialised programs that introduce you to the sport in a safe, supportive way and that don’t lock you into big payments like other gyms do. If you’re more experienced, you are guaranteed high level tuition and tough rounds from grapplers who regularly medal at national level and compete on big stages like Victory and Enyo. Whatever your ability, RJJA is a friendly, welcoming gym that is expertly run by Aaron and Shar. I loved training there and look forward to going back for open mats.

I've attended Roger's JiuJitsu academy for several open mats over the last year. Excellent facilities, really clean and friendly.. experienced guys... Aaron is brilliant, dedicated, friendly and very experienced/skilled. Top JiuJitsu environment!!

Rogers Jiujitsu Academy & Tigers Lair Gym
I've been training at Rogers Jiu Jitsu Academy for over 10 years now and it has changed a lot in that time. It is still the best Academy to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on the south coast. I've represented the Team Rjja at many competitions over the last 10 years and the support from the coaches and team mates is outstanding. It has a real family atmosphere about the place and Aaron and Shar are 2 of the nicest people you could want to meet. As well as adults and kids classes in BJJ there is also a gym upstairs if you're into strength and conditioning.

Great place, really friendly atmosphere, great not matter what shape you are in. Age is just an number. Build confidence.Kickboxing, boxing bjj, mma just an few things they do. Well not be disappointed at all.
