Ordered a Kamodo Joe Classic II. Cheapest place on the internet by some way. Didn’t hear anything for a couple of days and then got a call from a nice man who arranged delivery for the day I wanted it. Turned up when they said it would. Absolutely no problem and would certainly use again. Very happy with service and the Kamodo Joe is great

Bought my Kamodo Joe BBQ from these guys and they were great. Very helpful over the phone. There was an issue with the delivery (delivery companies fault), but these guys were straight on the phone sorting it out and fixed it. Deffo recommend.

Sorry for the delay in this review. I am delighted with my Clearview set in stove and the service I got from you. The stove is very efficient and remarkably easy to light and control, making my lounge very cosy these cold nights. I also purchased a fireside companion set. Though more expensive than ones in hardware stores it is of much better quality and matches the stove and its controls.I was also pleased with the installation firm you recommended.

Wanted to share my great experience with Auldton Stoves. Recently purchased a Kamado Joe Classic 2 for the summer BBQ season. The website was easy to use and I had confidence in the ordering process and the sales discounts on offer. I was proactively contacted in advance of delivery very quickly and given a choice of delivery dates in a few days time with no hassles at all. The BBQ was delivered on time and in great condition, professionally packaged on a palette and pretty eco friendly as well. All equipment and parts were in tact and completely in original packing. Just a great, simple, experience that I appreciated, and will be purchasing accessories etc from them in the near future.

We went into Auldton Stoves with absolutely no idea what we were looking for, what we would be expected to spend, how the supply and fitting would work, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service and help we received. From our first visit we felt welcomed and informed. After the visit from the fitters we realised the stove we picked wouldn’t fit without incurring a bigger cost, so with a discussion and quick visit we were recommended the stove we went for and it is fantastic! Really happy and would and recommend the whole wonderful team!

First class service by Auldton Stoves. Friendly and very helpful staff was giving real advice, not just saying what we want to hear to buy stoves. Clearly Stoves are their not just business but passion. We love visiting their showroom.Also their fitter JP Chimneys installed everything in few hours without any hassle.Our cat found his new favourite place.
