Oak Tree Mobility

Delivery company still have not delivered my Replacement chair.They came to my home a few weeks ago, at a time I told the lady on the phone, that I would not be available, because the lady never put my instructions on to the computer, they turned up 45 minutes before I was available.So I’m still waiting for my replacement chair.This is in no way against oak tree mobility. But their delivery company.I still give oak tree mobility 5 starsStill waiting for my replacement chair

I received a visit from Andrew Murphy with regard to purchasing a recliner/riser chair. He went through my exact requirements re height and depth of seat. His manner was lovely, very efficient and answered all my questions. The sample chair was so comfortable and now I now can't wait for my new chair to arrive. l will write another review in about six weeks time when the chair arrives.

A very nice man called Jason arrived last week after making a phone call to the head office about the option of a chair. He arrived on time and was very pleasent and polite. He let me try the demo chair and it was amazing it started helping my legs straight away. Needless to say I purchased the made to fit chair. It was by no way cheap but you get what you pay for. Delivery before Christmas can't wait. Thank you Oak Tree and Jason

Posting this for my Mum and Dad.Oaktree Mobility have been nothing short of brilliant. Their customer service from the very first conversations with them, to the home visit with the lovely Dan and Tom has been perfect. I have felt reassured that I was listened to, which meant my chair could be tailored to my specific needs. My new chair has dramatically reduced the swelling in my knees and ankles, helping my general mobility. It's given me the confidence to stand from sitting and a sense of increased independence. As well as this, it has made my husband Keith's life so much easier, as he is not having to help lift me from the old sofa. I can't express the positive affect this has had on our lives. Peter visited my elderly father in his home to measure him up for a rise and recline chair. He was knowledgeable and courteous and respectful of the time it took for my father to practise using the control. Delivery was in the time frame discussed and after care good. Highly recommend.

We needed a rise and recline chair for my mother, and the service we had from Oak Tree was great.But must say what made it 5* was the help, advice, and time taken by their consultant Peter Dodd. He methodically took us through the range, negatives as well as positives, which is the sign for us of an experienced and honest adviser. He always ensured that our mother understood what she was being shown and also took time to get to the full needs and wants she had from a chair and matching these to his recommendation. She loves the chair, and it so adds to her comfort, which at 88, she should have.Can't rate Oak Tree, or especially Peter enough!

My friend ordered a riser recliner chair from this company and has been really happy with it. The service has been excellent - Rod the advisor did a full demo in her home and measured her up, the chair fits and helps her get her legs up and stand easily. She loves the comfort, and I’ve recommended Oak Tree to my dad now as a result.

Really great service, Andrew came to my home and brought a complete chair with him. I am disabled and unable to get out so great help. The chairs are made in UK and are really good and solid quality. They have a 25 year warranty too.. Andrew explained everything very clearly and was very patient showing me all the very clever and comfortable design positions the chair offered. These chairs are definitely built for people with mobility problems in mind, providing exceptional comfort and yet are of a modern style which is pleasing to look at..I would not hesitate to recommend Oak Tree Mobility’s chairs as they are extremely well made and built to last.
