Bretherton’s Gold Line Tours

Three stars. Five stars for previous trips, one star for a cancelled trip. My 84 year old mother in law booked a holiday and paid hundreds of pounds by card over the phone. The holiday was cancelled due to the pandemic and she was reimbursed by cheque. During lockdown. Poor. I eventually managed to pay the cheque in at a bank some time later.

Excellent service. First class drivers. Brilliant day trips and holidays but perhaps need updating a little for us “ younger” travellers.

Just paid balance for our next trip. VG door to door service. We have used many coach operators over the years, this one is certainly in the top league as far as we're concerned.
