Jack was absoloutley wonderful from start to finish, he responded to our enquiry in a super timely manner and worked really hard to ease our anxieties with the issue we faced, throughout the treatment he maintained regular contact keeping us updated and went over and above what we would have expected.We had some bumps in the road (not with Jack but with the position we found ourselves in) Jack was always on hand to offer both practical even emotional support (apologies for that!)I haven't even touched on knowledge.... I don't think there is anything he doesn't know about his trade, and if he doesn't know- it's not worth knowing!I wish all businesses operated with such a dedicated, reliable and knowledgeable front man, life would be far easier!We honestly can't reccomend fix my pests enough, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you have done to resolve our issue.Thank you!

Following car trouble and a mechanic suggesting rodents had chewed through wires, we had a full inspection completed by fix my pests. They were prompt, professional and thorough. Quickly dealing with our uninvited guests. Car now safe from further rodent damage and peace of mind for us that our property is now pest free. Any future problems we will definitely be using these guys again! Very happy with their service and highly recommend them for anyone with pest problems big or small!

I am extremely satisfied. I have hired a couple of other pest control companies before but FixMyPest is by far the best. I had a big rat in my house that had become a nuisance, honestly. And after the 1 hour 15 minute visit from the company man, the rat was dead and in the bin outside my house.The person comes home and gives you a detail review of all the pest problems at your house and answers all the questions accordingly. They give you the right advice and even tell you of ways how you can do things yourself to save money, instead of hiring them.

Jack was extremely professional, very polite and on time for the appointment. He kept me well informed, made sure all pets were safe (which I found heartwarming) and will come back if required. Will definitely be recommending his services to friends and family.

After contacting Fix My Pests via Google on a Saturday evening I was contacted almost immediately and we discussed the bee issue I had. Everything was excellent from start to finish. After the initial call to fix my pests, I received a call back from Jack within a couple of hours and he came out later that day.He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and gave excellent advice. He really knows his stuff!He explained everything thoroughly and managed the whole process extremely well.
