Seel & Co

Corporate greed springs to mind when I think of Seel & Co, who were incredibly rude, hostile and stubborn to listen to anything stated prior to purchasing our property. It is such a shame to see that they are only interested in money, instead of actively helping anyone that owns one of their homes. If I had knew that beforehand I probably wouldn't have even considered purchasing our property. Hopefully we don't have any contact (or at least minimal content) with this company ever again.

Dire company with little to no morals. They’ll somehow manage to blackmail you into paying hidden costs due to their own staffing issues/ internal incompetence.Would never have bought my property if I knew then what I know know about this company.I will actively be advocating to anyone I know, to never deal with these people in the future.

Edit: Jo promptly contacted me, helped resolve the issues. I write off the hurdles caused to the pandemic, i understand we are all restructuring the way we do the business and there are chances some edge case client satisfaction is a hit and miss. Mine is one such case. Seel and Co has always been otherwise very welcoming and friendly.I give 4 stars, because i had to explain a lot of times of the fact that the mess happened in communal garden is not because of me.------ Original review below, no longer valid ----It’s a mistake that I choose to use Seel and Co Lettings team services. I always preferred to go with professional Lettings agencies even if they are expensive, because I do not want to be tangled with dodgy landlords. But by far SeelAndCo seem to be worst experience for me.Lettings team stopped responding to my emails seeking calculations for refund on my deposit. I tried to stop them charging me for cleaning a communal garden but then they stopped responding to my emails. I know Covid is creating tough times so I can come back and revise my rating if this is genuine mistake such as Lettings team is shut down or gone out of business due to Covid. But if not, can you respond?

My company look after a number of landlords and whenever they have the requirement for Property Management services, I have no hesitation in recommending Seel & Co. Their attention to detail is second to none.

I rented with Seel & Co for three years and they have been absolutely fantastic. Very professional. Friendly and quick with maintenance. I would recommend them all day long. Thank you for a completely smooth and stress free tenancy.

Absolutely no progress from this company if you want something done on your insurance.The contractors are all a waste of time

Got flooded out over 2 weeks ago still sleeping in my livingroom as en suite still absolutely stinks. Waiting for paper work which have not come yet to make a claim. I have Been advice to go to see citizens advice . If the pipes were checked none of this would have happened

Professional service and knowledge of the markets. The auction was easy to follow and well directed. All points and legal matters involved in the process of an auction were well displayed.Unfortunately a lockdown auction wasn't as exciting as a usually affair but with the VR Tours we could easily see the property almost as good as actually being there.Will definitely use again.

Unfortunately my first experience with a management company is Seel & Co. After phone calls I have to follow up with an email to make sure I have everything in writing. Its been a year and a half of repeating myself. Would not recommend them to anyone. Hopefully my next property will not require a management company as the stress is not worth it. I also raised a complaint which has been completely ignored. Unfortunately very unorganised and incompetent. (They cover our block management)
