AC ADAPTORS R US LTD

Every time I go here there's some numpty with a face covering flying a drone around the premises talking balloks about private property right to film bla bla bla... good adaptors though.

wouldn't go near this company the owner has terrible people skills, almost impossible to communicate with on a normal level.

I recently purchased an AC adaptor from AC ADAPTORS R US, and I must say, it was an absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. The product and service were shockingly terrible, leaving me with nothing but regret for ever considering this company.First and foremost, the product's quality was abysmal. The adaptor looked and felt cheaply made, and within just a few uses, it started to show signs of wear and tear. The wires were frail and barely held together, making me question the safety and reliability of the product. It certainly did not live up to the expectations one would have for an essential electronic accessory.To make matters worse, the customer service was a complete nightmare. When I contacted their support team to address my concerns about the adaptor's poor quality, I was met with rude and dismissive responses.When I could see this conversation was going nowhere so I informed him that I would be writing a negative review on Google (the one you're reading now) and you'll never believe this... he started threating me that he had been recording our conversation and would be posting it onto his YouTube channel....This was extremely strange, and when I told him I didn't care, he became even more aggressive and started screaming at me that my review means nothing and he'll just reply to it saying it's a FAKE REVIEW CYBER ATTACK or something.This was absolutely baffling customer service, something I've never encountered as a customer anywhere in my life.In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone in need of a reliable AC adaptor to steer clear of AC ADAPTORS R US. Their subpar product quality, abysmal customer service, and threats of recording customers make for a thoroughly unpleasant shopping experience. Save your time and money by choosing a different company that values their customers and provides high-quality, dependable products.

Awful business, Would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. Will be reporting them to Trading standards and also every olace they sell their lies. The owner is a disgrace to! Just a thug with a drone and camera!

Buyers beware, this company is run by a low life who enjoys making a nuisance of himself onto the general public. Maybe someday he will show up to your workplace and shove a camera in your face with the sole purpose to antagonise you, to provoke a reaction so that he can make money online at your expense.

The guys at AC ADAPTORS R US Ltd are superb. I had a tricky requirement with a home set up that they have been so helpful with. Excellent speed of delivery, excellent customer service. Would definitely use again.

For anyone seeing the reviews, the reasoning behind this is because the owner has a YouTube channel harassing people for reactions. He’s also been found to have been selling poor quality products.Any response stating “cyber attack” is his way of minimising the damage.

Still waiting for someone with a good 4k camera to sit outside of this shop all day and just film. But make sure you wear a mask so Nigel can't describe you to his best friends in uniform. And obviously do NOT give your personal details. Park your car 5 minutes away to be even safer :)

‘Nigel’ who works here is nothing but a bully. More than happy to harass people simply doing their job - hiding behind the law to give himself an ego boost - but is sat here removing any reviews that go against him or his company (despite it being perfectly legal to do so). Isn’t that ironic?All in all, while I may not have used the products, I truly feel that the manner in which Nigel carries himself and the lack of respect he has for people is enough to avoid this company.
