My family and I went for Umrah in February 2019, for the first time for 8 nights and we arranged it through Alhadi Travel in Hounslow Middlesex, everything went so smoothly, I arranged this package with Aamir at Alhadi Travel. It was so good, he gave us excellent advice as well as a great package, also Mr Ali the Manager was so understanding.I recommend 100% this travel agency for all your Hajj and Umrah needs I am sure they will give you a very good price and great arrangements without any problems. Just a small note to say my dealings with Alhadi travel have been very straightforward and easy indeed. A special thanks to Muhammed Aamir as he made everything easy to arrange; accommodating my requests i.e. flight times/desired accommodation etc, especially as it is my first visit and will be travelling with young children. Alhadi Travels is not like your ‘typical’ Hajj and Umrah Travel Agents. Making sure the customer needs are addressed is the key area where this company excels in. Many companies claim to provide excellent customer service but in reality this is often not the case. Alhadi Travels and in particular Sister Arifah are an exception, they’ll go to great lengths to make sure that all customer requirements are met putting the client at the heart of everything they do.This has been a very refreshing client experience. Fantastic company to book with. I was very nervous when i made my first phone call to enquire about umrah packages so i enquired with 2/3 different ones.Other companies seemed to not have the time for us, or a very delayed response, but fortunately i found Al-Hadi travel and in particular mr Ali Raza was fantastic.From enquiry stage, to making changes to hotels, dates, finalising booking, payment, confirmations and reciepts, nothing seemed too much and the communication was fantastic, in particular the whatsapp service they use. It may seem like a small thing but just having that dialogue and response was fairly rapid put me at ease at every stage, I honestly doubt i will consider another Umrah operator in terms of booking. Thank you to all the staff at Al hadi who have helped my with my booking but again i will mention Ali Raza you are an absolute asset to Al-Hadi Travel.

Have used Noorani Travel couple of times for booking tickets for family of two kids. Always had smooth travel. Mr Masroor has always found best flights with suitable layovers and convenient departure and arrival times for my family. He was also very helpful in regards to travel during COVID-19 pandemic with clear guidelines for forever changing travel requirements. Always had satisfactory service :)

I have just booked my Umrah package and received excellent service from Alhadi. Sister Iqra Razzaq has been very cooperative, helpful and knowledgeable. Sister Iqra has been very polite, friendly all the time. I didn’t even need to go to the office once. Everything was professionally dealt over the phone by sister Iqra. She provide me best Umrah package which covers all my requirements and she gave me stay in turkey as well in same price . Regarding hotels, sister Iqra gave me plenty of choice without irritating. Excellent service from start to finish for our umrah trip, would definitely book through them again. Mr Ali Raza was extremely helpful at all times and went he went beyond his duties of just booking the trip, he was messaging during our umrah to ensure everything had gone as planned. We've booked our Umrah package with AlHadi Travel. The customer service received by AlHadi has been excellent, especially by a specific member, called Mohammed Aamir, who has been very helpful and professional. He was happy to answer all our questionsAlthough we haven't been to our Umrah yet, as we have just booked the package, I am giving 4 stars for the customer service. Once we have return from our Umrah, we will amend this review, and give 5 stars accordingly afterwards which they totally disserve.EDIT: Post Umrah TripThe customer service received from Mohammed Amir at Alhadi Travel has been excellent. We were very impressed. We will use Alhadi Travel again as we received the best experience at the time. It was our first Umrah and we enjoyed it.
