Kwik Fit - Marske

Got me in pretty quick to fix my slow puncture. Told me all my options, very friendly and helpful lady served me.

Went for MOT and service. As always, excellent job, rang us with updates whilst working on car. Wonderful service by staff, always polite and willing to help. I would recommend them to everyone.

Phoned earlier today as soon as they opened and was seen straight away. Upon entering met by young lady who took my car keys and my car was on a ramp in minutes being looked at. My problem was sorted within 15 minutes and I was on my way. Very efficient,friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I called in to Kwik Fit at Marske as my daughter had just changed her car and the wheel nuts were seized on. The guy who helped me used a breaker bar to loosen the studs on all 4 wheels, then re-tightened them to the correct torque. He was so helpful and wouldn’t take any money from me for his work. Many thanks - and I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I need some tyres!

Really fantastic service. My passenger side tyre was looking very bald and I had a long drive ahead of me. Called Kwik Fit up at about 10am, spoke to a lovely member of staff called Jess. She was able to fit me in the same day about 2pm. When I arrived I asked Jess if she could also take a look at my right side tyre and replace a headlight bulb. It was no trouble at all. All in all; I got two tyres replaced and a headlight bulb, costing roughly £170. Very fast and speedy service. Pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Would highly recommend. Thank you! :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bought some continental sports 20 inch, 2 months later I damage the rim protectors on the passenger side, Kwik fit wanted me to buy 2 more and they will send the damaged ones to continental, it took me 4 months to save up the £600 to replace them, + the repairs of 2 alloy wheels. The manager did not turn up for the appointment so I trusted the tire fitter to put them aside for her, to send them. Then my mother passed away the next day and I could not return for a month,To my surprise the tyres had disappeared and the manager blamed me for the delay,Now I have been spammed by Kwik fit that the tyres were 4mm left on the damaged tyre's. Just to rub it in that they had pictures of the damaged tyre's and to laugh at me for paying £1200 for two tyres that destroy themselves when you touch the kerb.I have promised them after 5 years of tyres and 4 wheel alignments that I will not go there again.If I was you I would stay well away from them, managers and fitters always changing and no communication at all.
